Buyers found the market slightly more difficult; throughout Maine there was a bit of an inventory shortage. But we’ve been doing this since the early 1980s, and we know how to adjust to all types of markets. Folks who came to us for help buying a home found us doubling-down on our persistence and tapping into our resources on their behalf. As a result, we experienced the win-win of helping our clients buy and sell real estate with notable success.
New Hire, Low Turn-Over
We’re proud our agent turn-over is extremely low. We hope that says something about our workplace atmosphere and commitment to quality service. Most of our agents have been with us for years, and we like to think this detail is a great benefit to our clients. We have a commitment to maintain a strong team by bringing on the right new agents, such as Rylee Knox. Rylee has already proven himself a very successful agent, and we love that he brings a fresh new perspective. Rebranding Roll-Out Keeps Us Focused on Your Needs
Another major change in 2019—whose roll-out will become more noticeable throughout 2020—is the Coldwell Banker decision to rebrand and redesign their corporate logo. It’s a fresh new look, and we think you’ll like it! The new logo will eventually impact the look of all our marketing materials, such as yard signs. Most of you will start to see the change in April and May. Look for it!
