Living in Farmingdale, Maine

Farmingdale was incorporated as a town in 1852 from parts of South Hallowell and North, East, and West Gardiner.

It borders Hallowell to the north, Gardiner to the south, and Manchester and West Gardiner to the west, with the Kennebec River forming its eastern boundary.
